The scenario is a living product thus it is likely that there will be some difference between the latest scenario files and the description in the annexes. In any case the documentation give a nice introduction to how the scenario is built, tools that can be used to modify different parts of the scenario and some discussion regarding some of the implementation choices that were made. It is the pre-release version of the Annexes that are currently available. We will update the site with the official documents as soon as they are published by  NATO STO.
