Ask your administrator if you think this is wrong. ====== Synchronized Cooperative Broadcasting ====== The Synchronized Cooperative Broadcast (SCB) waveform was designed to transport primarily broadcast traffic within multi-hop mobile networks. Precomputed SCB topology that mimics a static SCB network and allows us to fully model SCB’s cooperative effects.
